Recent Open Access Dissertations from PQDT Open

The following list is a selection of recent open access dissertations from Open Access ProQuest Dissertations & Theses (PQDT Open).  My sense is that this resource will be particularly useful in places (particularly outside the USA) where UMI Dissertations are not routinely licensed though university libraries.  This list is by no means complete.
